AXAS
The AXAS
The KETEK AXAS (Analog X-ray Acquisition System) is a detector system including all necessary electronics and power supplies, ready for operation within minutes after receipt. It makes use of the excellent properties of the KETEK SDD (Silicon Drift Detector) modules and thus is optimally suited for x-ray measurements in the energy range between 150 eV and 30 keV as for XRF, EDX, XRD and scientific applications.
- Available for all SDD module types (FWHM 130 eV to 149 eV)
- Integrated ultra-high count rate preamplifier (> 106cps)
- Integrated analog shaping (main) amplifier
- Integrated detector bias supplies (only ± 12 V input)
- Integrated temperature control circuit (no liquid nitrogen)
- Detector finger lengths up to 300 mm available
- Beryllium or polymer window available
- Compatible to common ADC/MCA systems
- Easy to attach to any setup
- Compact aluminium housing
